Abstract

The invention discloses a translation type top cover of a grain hopper car. The top cover comprises a cover body located at a loading opening of a car body, wherein one side of the cover body is hinged to a crank throw, the crank throw is connected with a transmission shaft rotating in the car body, the other side of the cover body is hinged to a connecting lever, the connecting lever is hinged to the car body, and the transmission shaft is connected with a driving mechanism. The top cover convenient to operate has the beneficial effects that the problems that in the prior art, the working efficiency is low, and the operation safety is poor are effectively solved; when the top cover is in a closed state, a self-locking air cylinder guarantees the vertical locking capacity of the top cover, a longitudinal stopping block guarantees the longitudinal locking capacity of the top cover, and a locking base and a locking rod guarantee the transverse locking capacity of the top cover; and a four-connecting-rod mechanism is formed among the car body, the crank throw, the connecting lever and the cover body, translational opening and closing of the cover body are achieved, and occupied space is reduced.

本发明公开了一种平动式粮食漏斗车顶盖，包括位于车体装货口处的盖体，盖体的一侧与曲拐铰接，曲拐与车体内旋转的传动轴连接，盖体的另一侧与连接杠杆铰接，连接杠杆与车体铰接，传动轴与驱动机构连接。本发明的有益效果：提供一种便于操作的顶盖，以有效解决现有技术存在的工作效率低、操作安全性差的问题；在顶盖处于关闭状态下，自锁气缸保证其垂向锁闭能力，纵向止挡保证其纵向锁闭能力，锁闭座与锁闭杆保证其横向锁闭能力；通过车体、曲拐、连接杠杆和盖体之间形成四连杆机构，实现盖体的平动式开合，减少空间占用。
