Abstract

The invention relates to a universal lifting device for a ground wire of a power transmission line. The universal lifting device comprises a fixing frame and a lifting mechanism, wherein the fixing frame comprises a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion; a fastening bolt is arranged on the fixing frame; the lifting mechanism comprises a base, a steel wire sleeve and a steel wire rope; a sealing bolt is arranged on the base; one end of the steel wire rope bypasses the steel wire sleeve and then is fixedly connected to the sealing bolt; a driving piece connected with a rotating shaft is arranged on the base; and a gear transmission assembly is arranged between the driving piece and the rotating shaft. The universal lifting device has the advantages that the steel wire sleeve is rotationally connected to the base through the rotating shaft, so that the steel wire rope can be tightened only by controlling the rotation of the rotating shaft, and the ground wire can be quickly lifted; the whole structure is simple, and the tightening effect is good; and the rotating direction of the rotating shaft is controlled through the gear transmission assembly, so that the rotating shaft can only rotate in one direction when the steel wire rope is lifted, rotation of the rotating shaft in the tightening process of the steel wire rope is avoided, the tightening quality is improved, and the stability of the ground wire during lifting is guaranteed.

本发明涉及一种输电线路地线通用提升装置,包括固定架以及提升机构，固定架包括第一安装部和第二安装部，固定架上设有紧固螺栓，提升机构包括基座、钢丝套和钢丝绳，基座上设有封闭螺栓，钢丝绳的一端绕过钢丝套后固定连接在封闭螺栓上，基座上设有与转轴相连的驱动件，驱动件与转轴之间设有齿轮传动组件；本发明的优点：通过转轴上将钢丝套转动连接在基座上，因此，只需通过控制转轴的转动就可以实现钢丝绳的收紧，从而实现了地线的快速提升，整个结构简单，收紧效果好，通过齿轮传动组件控制转轴的转动方向，使提升钢丝绳时转轴只能单向转动，避免了钢丝绳在收紧过程中转轴的回转，提高了收紧质量，保证了地线提升时的稳定性。
