The invention relates to the technical field of ship safety, and discloses a ship protection system which comprises a control system, a sensing system, a passive protection system, an active protection system and an electric power guarantee system. The control system comprises an industrial personal computer, a communication module, a signal monitoring module and a control module. The industrial personal computer is connected with the signal monitoring module and the control module through the communication module. The sensing system comprises a gas detection device and a temperature detection device which are respectively connected with a signal monitoring module; the passive protection system comprises an air brake airtight device connected with the signal monitoring module and the control module and a door and window airtight device connected with the signal monitoring module. The active protection system comprises a positive pressure maintaining device, a carbon dioxide removal device, a water curtain protection device and a power cut-off device which are respectively connected with the signal monitoring module and the control module, and the electric power guarantee system comprises a power battery pack which is respectively connected with the signal monitoring module and the control module. The ship protection system can perform safety protection on combustible gas.
