The invention relates to a formula and a production process of a tire with a new outer contour. The formula comprises a tread, a tire shoulder and a tire sidewall, the curve of the tread is flat, the curvature of the tire shoulder and the tire sidewall is increased, radians are formed outwards, and the tire is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of a natural rubber, 0-30 parts of a synthetic rubber, 3.0-5.0 parts of activated zinc oxide, 1.5-3 parts of a stearic acid, 50-60 parts of carbon black, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.5-3.0 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1.2-2.0 parts of an accelerant, 0.8-1.8 parts of sulfur and 0.1-0.3 part of a scorch retarder. The process has the beneficial effects that the DOCT technology, namely the deformation optimization control technology, is adopted, the deformation trend of the radial tire subjected to inflation loading is controlled by changing the curvature of the outer contour of the tire, adopting the high-elasticity low-deformation rubber formula technology in a matched mode and adopting the high-precision manufacturing process, and the deformation displacement of component materials is reduced so that the performance of the tire is improved. Tire rolling heat generation is effectively reduced, abnormal abrasion, especially eccentric abrasion, in the whole life cycle is reduced, the tire failure rate is reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种新外轮廓轮胎的配方及其制备工艺,包括胎面、胎肩和胎侧,所述的胎面曲线平坦,所述的胎肩和胎侧曲率增加,向外形成弧度,由如下重量份的原料制成:天然橡胶70‑100份,合成胶0‑30份,活性氧化锌3.0‑5.0份,硬脂酸1.5‑3份,炭黑50‑60份,防老剂3‑5份,硅烷偶联剂1.5‑3.0份,促进剂1.2‑2.0份,硫磺0.8‑1.8份,防焦剂0.1‑0.3份。本发明的有益效果是:采用DOCT技术,即形变优化控制技术,通过改变轮胎外轮廓曲率,配合采用高弹低变形橡胶配方技术,加以高精度的制造工艺,来控制充气负载后的子午线轮胎变形趋势,减少部件材料变形位移,从而改善轮胎性能,有效降低轮胎滚动生热,全生命周期减少异常磨耗,特别是偏磨,降低轮胎故障率,延长轮胎使用寿命。
