The invention provides a hoisting mechanism of a double-lifting-appliance crane and the crane. The hoisting mechanism comprises a speed reducer and two transmission systems connected to the two sides of the speed reducer, each transmission system comprises a low-speed shaft close to the speed reducer and a high-speed shaft away from the center of the speed reducer, the high-speed shafts are connected with a driving system, each driving system comprises a motor and a transmission shaft, and the transmission shafts are connected with the high-speed shafts of the speed reducers through couplings. A low-speed shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a winding drum; and the winding drum realizes lifting of a lifting appliance connected with the winding drum by winding a steel wire rope. The hoisting mechanism is formed by connecting the low-speed shafts of the double transmission systems, the other set of transmission system can be used for driving the whole mechanism to work in an accident state such as a single motor fault or shaft breakage and tooth breaking of a high-speed shaft system or a middle shaft system of a speed reducer on one side, and the production efficiency is not influenced. Low-speed shaft connection is realized through an idle wheel arranged in the speed reducer, so that two sets of safety brakes and speed detection equipment which are high in price can be saved.
本发明提供一种双吊具起重机的起升机构及起重机。本发明起升机构包括减速器和连接在减速器两侧的两套传动系统,所述传动系统包括靠近所述减速器的低速轴和远离减速器中心的高速轴,所述高速轴上连接驱动系统,包括电动机和传动轴,所述传动轴通过联轴器与减速器高速轴相连,所述减速器低速轴上连接有卷筒,所述卷筒通过卷绕钢丝绳实现与其相连的吊具的升降。本发明起升机构由双传动系统低速轴相连形式组成,在出现事故状态下如单电机故障或一侧减速器高速轴系或中间轴系出现断轴、打齿等情况,可利用另一套传动系统驱动整个机构工作,不影响生产效率。通过减速器内设置的惰轮实现低速轴相连,这样可节省价格不菲的两套安全制动器和速度检测设备。
