The invention discloses an emergency evacuation device for a rail transit vehicle. The emergency evacuation device comprises a door frame and a door leaf which are rotatably connected to form a folding structure; the door frame is fixedly connected to a vehicle body, the door leaf comprises a pivoting end and a movable end, and the door leaf is in pivot connection with the door frame at the pivoting end; the door leaf is overturned relative to the door frame through a traction mechanism fixedly arranged on the door frame or the vehicle body, and the door leaf is further provided with a ramp plate which is connected with the door leaf in a sliding mode and can stretch out or retract from the movable end of the door leaf. The emergency evacuation device has the advantages of being simple in overall structure, reliable in operation, balanced in unfolding, high in recovery efficiency and the like.
