The invention belongs to the field of ocean engineering equipment industry, and particularly relates to a marine monitoring buoy which comprises a buoy body, a supporting column is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the buoy body, the bottom end of the supporting column is fixedly connected with the upper portion of an inner cavity of the buoy body, and a wind direction rod is rotatably connected to the axis of the interior of a measuring ball. The top end of the wind direction rod extends to the outside of the measuring ball. The buoy body is of a discrete structure, when the buoy body is flapped by sea waves or impacted by ships, the external buffer shell is firstly stressed, and the rear angle shell slides inwards along the outer surface of the inner disc under the action of impact force, so that the elasticity of the buoy body is increased, the force unloading effect is achieved, and the impact resistance of the device is improved. At the moment, the supporting column rotates along the lower surface of the measuring ball along with sliding of the corner shell, the measuring ball is located at a relatively stable position under the influence of the gravity of the measuring ball, and bumping of the measuring ball is effectively reduced.
