The invention discloses a modularized 360-degree steering motor-driven wheel system. The wheel system comprises a suspension unit and a steering unit. The suspension unit comprises an air cylinder device, an embedded spring is arranged in the air cylinder device, the air cylinder device is connected with a suspension stand column, the suspension stand column is connected with a first connecting rod, the first connecting rod is connected to a second connecting rod through a pin connector, the second connecting rod is connected to the steering unit, and the suspension stand column is connected with a brake assembly, a brake disc and a hub motor. The system is compact in structure and can be installed at the position of a wheel, power driving of wheel walking, braking and rotating is achieved, and control over an electric vehicle is facilitated. In terms of the overall structural design, the suspension stand column plays a role in tightly fixing the motor and effectively transmits torque loads to the piston and the torque arm from the wheels.
本发明公开了一种模块化360度转向电机驱动的车轮系统，包括悬挂单元和转向单元；所述悬挂单元包括气缸装置，在气缸装置内设有嵌入式弹簧，所述气缸装置连接悬挂立柱，悬挂立柱连接第一连杆，第一连杆通过销接头连接到第二连杆，第二连杆连接到转向单元，所述悬挂立柱与制动组件、刹车盘和轮毂电机连接。本发明结构紧凑，可在车轮位置安装，实现车轮行走、制动和旋转的动力驱动，便于电动车的控制。从整体结构设计而言，悬挂立柱起到紧紧固定电动机的作用，并有效地将扭矩载荷从车轮传递到活塞和扭矩臂。
