Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile safety, and particularly relates to an automobile adult safety belt adaptation method and device for children. An adaptive device suitable for heights of children of different age groups is arranged on a seat metal framework of an automobile, the top end of an adult safety belt is fixed to different positions, and then the adult safety belt is wound around the initial positions of the shoulders of the children to adapt to the children of different age groups; the adaptive device comprises a sleeve and a limiting lock catch, and the limiting lock catch is connected into the sleeve; a pin column of the limiting lock catch is welded to the bottom of the safety belt fixing plate, and a pin shaft is arranged at the bottom of the pin column. A clamping structure and a pre-tightening spring are arranged in the sleeve, and the pin column extends into the sleeve to be in contact with the pre-tightening spring and is clamped on the clamping structure. According to the method and device, attractiveness and comfort are not affected, under the condition that development cost and use cost are not greatly increased, the adult safety belt is modified into the safety belt which can be used by children of 3 years old, 6 years old and 10 years old in the forward direction, and the requirement for riding safety of the children is met.

本发明属于汽车安全技术领域，具体涉及一种用于儿童的汽车成人安全带适配方法装置；在汽车的座椅金属骨架上设置适用于不同年龄段儿童高度的适配装置，将成人安全带的顶端固定在不同位置，进而使成人安全带绕在儿童肩膀的初始位置适配不同年龄段儿童；适配装置包括套筒和限位锁扣，限位锁扣连接在套筒内；限位锁扣的销柱焊接在安全带固定板底部，且销柱的底部设有销轴；套筒内设有卡接结构和预紧弹簧，销柱伸入套筒内与预紧弹簧接触，并卡接在卡接结构上；本发明不影响美观、舒适性，在不大幅增加开发费用及使用成本的情况下，将成人安全带改制成符合3岁、6岁及10岁儿童能够正向乘坐使用的安全带，满足儿童乘车安全。
