The invention discloses a modular square cabin suitable for a split type miniaturized power van and a chassis modification method. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining the appearance size and performance requirements of the miniaturized power van; screening and determining a proper chassis automobile through the automobile announcement data; screening and determining models of an engine, a generator, a control system, a circuit breaker and the like of a generator set; carrying out module shelter refitting design; refitting and designing an auxiliary frame of a chassis truck; performing assembly design and verification on the module square cabin and the chassis truck; and completing the design. Through the refitting design of the automobile chassis and the matching design of the modular square cabin, the research and development of a miniaturized split power supply vehicle can be realized, and the problem that a traditional power supply vehicle cannot adapt to the traffic performance requirements of narrow urban and rural roads is solved.

本发明公开了一种适应分体式小型化电源车的模块方舱和底盘改装方法，包括以下步骤：获取小型化电源车的外观尺寸和性能需求；通过汽车公告数据筛选确定合适的底盘汽车；筛选确定发电机组的发动机、发电机、控制系统、断路器等型号；进行模块方舱改装设计；进行底盘车副车架改装设计；对模块方舱与底盘车进行装配设计和验证；完成设计。本发明专利通过汽车底盘的改装设计和模块方舱的配合设计，可以实现小型化分体式电源车的研发，解决了传统电源车无法适应狭小城乡道路通行性能需求的问题。
