A battery-specific system and battery-specific method are provided. The battery-specific system is provided with: an information acquisition unit (21) that acquires characteristics of a storage battery (22) mounted in an electric vehicle (20) and transmits the characteristics of the storage battery (22) as storage battery characteristic information; and a battery specifying device (100) that collects battery characteristic information transmitted by the plurality of electric vehicles, generates a battery model obtained by modeling the characteristics of the battery on the basis of the collected battery characteristic information, and specifies the battery on the basis of the generated battery model. In order to control the travel of an electric vehicle, control information corresponding to the characteristics of a battery is created, and control information suitable for each electric vehicle is provided.

蓄电池特定系统及蓄电池特定方法具备：信息取得部(21)，其取得搭载于电动车辆(20)的蓄电池(22)的特性，并将该蓄电池(22)的特性作为蓄电池特性信息而发送；以及蓄电池特定装置(100)，其收集由多个电动车辆发送的蓄电池特性信息，并基于所收集的蓄电池特性信息，生成将蓄电池的特性模型化而得到的蓄电池模型，并且基于生成的蓄电池模型，为了控制电动车辆的行驶而制作与蓄电池的特性相应的控制信息，并提供适合于各个电动车辆的控制信息。
