The method comprises the following steps: acquiring snapshot data transmitted by a camera device installed on an iron riding; acquiring illegal parking data based on the snapshot data; wherein the illegal parking data comprises illegal parking board information, illegal parking positioning information corresponding to the illegal parking board information and illegal parking time information corresponding to the illegal parking board information; based on the illegal parking data, judging whether the corresponding vehicle accords with an illegal parking rule or not; and when the vehicle corresponding to the illegal parking data accords with the illegal parking rule, storing the corresponding illegal parking data in a database. A camera device is responsible for uploading the snapshot data to a management platform, the management platform automatically stores the illegal parking data conforming to the illegal parking rule based on the snapshot data and the illegal parking rule, a traffic police driving an iron rider does not need to get off the vehicle for evidence collection, and the illegal parking evidence collection efficiency is improved. The method has the advantages of being high in evidence obtaining efficiency, high in inspection efficiency, flexible in police deployment and convenient to improve the traffic management efficiency.

本申请涉及一种交警铁骑移动执法方法、装置及系统，其方法包括获取安装在铁骑上的摄像装置传输的抓拍数据；基于所述抓拍数据获取违停数据；所述违停数据包括违停车牌信息、与所述违停车牌信息对应的违停定位信息和与所述违停车牌信息对应的违停时间信息；基于所述违停数据判断对应的车辆是否符合违停规则；在与所述违停数据对应的车辆符合所述违停规则时，将对应的所述违停数据存储到数据库中。摄像装置负责上传抓拍数据至管理平台，管理平台基于抓拍数据和违停规则自动存储符合违停规则的违停数据，无需驾驶铁骑的交警下车取证，便于提高违停取证的效率。本申请具有取证效率高、稽查效率高、警力部署灵活和便于提高交通管理效率的效果。
