The invention provides a vehicle-mounted real-time fault diagnosis method. The vehicle-mounted real-time fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps that: a fault signal of a vehicle is acquired; a source fault causing the fault signal is judged through a fault tree of the vehicle, the fault tree indicates the mapping relation between the fault signal and the source fault and the mapping relation between the source fault and a prompt fault, and the source fault is equipment with the fault or a signal source with the fault, the prompt fault is a secondary fault which is caused by the source fault and affects vehicle functions; and the fault tree is used to determine an existing prompt fault based on the fault signal and the source fault.

本发明提供了一种车载实时故障诊断方法，包括：获取车辆的故障信号；利用所述车辆的故障树判断导致所述故障信号的源故障，所述故障树指示故障信号与源故障之间以及源故障与提示故障之间的映射关系，所述源故障为出现故障的设备或出现故障的信号源，所述提示故障为所述源故障引起的影响车辆功能的次生故障；以及利用所述故障树基于所述故障信号和所述源故障判断存在的提示故障。
