The unmanned aerial vehicle obstacle removing system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a rotating device, a laser obstacle removing device and a control device, wherein the rotating device is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body and comprises a driving assembly connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and a rotating assembly which is connected with the driving assembly and is driven by the driving assembly; the laser obstacle removing device is connected with the rotating assembly; and the control device is in communication connection with the unmanned aerial vehicle body, the driving assembly and the laser obstacle removing device. The laser obstacle removing device is configured to emit laser according to laser control information emitted by the control device so as to remove floating and hanging objects; when the obstacle needs to be removed, the control device sends a flight signal to control the unmanned aerial vehicle body to fly, and the obstacle removing system reaches the obstacle position; and the control device sends out a rotation signal to control the rotation device to rotate and drive the laser obstacle removing device to rotate, aim at obstacles and remove the obstacles.
