The invention discloses an anti-diving restraint device for a self-driving automobile seat, which comprises a small motor, a rotating shaft, a leg accommodating device, a foot supporting device, an electric push rod control device, an electric push rod piece and a leg transverse baffle plate, and is characterized in that the small motor is fixedly connected with the front lower end of a cushion of the self-driving automobile seat; the rotating shaft is installed between the two small motors, the leg containing device is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the foot supporting device is installed below the leg containing device, the electric push rod control device is installed in the foot supporting device, and an electric push rod piece and the electric push rod control device jointly form an electric push rod. The leg transverse baffle is fixedly connected with the electric push rod piece. The restraint device can effectively solve the problem that the lower limbs of a passenger rise upwards in the rotation process of the self-driving automobile seat, so that the phenomenon that the passenger dives is obviously improved, and harm to the passenger in the collision process is relieved.
