The invention provides an omnidirectional driving assembly of a forklift. The omnidirectional driving assembly of the forklift comprises an outer shell, a rotating mechanism and a walking mechanism, the omnidirectional driving assembly of the forklift further comprises a movable connecting assembly; a rotary supporting bearing of the rotating mechanism is mounted in the outer shell; a first motor is fixed to one side of the outer shell and is in transmission connection with the rotary supporting bearing through a first transmission assembly; an encoder assembly is mounted in the outer shell; the movable connecting assembly is mounted at the bottom of the rotary supporting bearing; the movable connecting assembly is provided with a first bevel gear; a gear disc on the walking mechanism is positioned above the rotary supporting bearing; a second motor is fixed to one side of the outer shell and is in transmission connection with the gear disc through a second transmission assembly; a second bevel gear is fixed to the bottom of the gear disc and rotationally connected with the first bevel gear; the two wheel assemblies are rotationally connected to the front side and the rear side of a transmission box correspondingly; and a third bevel gear is mounted on one wheel assembly and is in transmission connection with the first bevel gear. According to the omnidirectional driving assembly of the forklift, the wiring is convenient, and the structure is stable.
