The invention discloses a 5G-based tower crane remote management and control system. The 5G-based tower crane remote management and control system comprises a tower crane running safety monitoring subsystem, a tower crane operation environment monitoring subsystem, a main controller, a ground operation platform and a 5G communication module. The invention further discloses a related management and control method. The method comprises the steps that monitoring state parameters and environment parameters are transmitted to a tower crane remote control subsystem in real time through the 5G communication module; the tower crane remote control subsystem is used for transmitting a control command to the main controller according to the real-time state parameters and environmental parameters, and a tower crane is remotely controlled through the main controller; and a safety early warning subsystem compares the state parameters and the environment parameters with safety threshold values correspondingly, whether safety early warning needs to be carried out or not is judged, and an early warning signal is sent out if safety early warning needs to be carried out. By means of the system and method, the problems that in the prior art, dead zones exist during operation of workers, and the workers are prone to being affected by factors such as the environment are solved, the timeliness of data transmission is effectively improved, and the safety of remote control over the tower crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于5G的塔式起重机远程管控系统,包括:塔吊运行安全监控子系统、塔吊作业环境监控子系统、主控器、地面操作平台和5G通信模组;还公开了相关的管控方法,包括:监测状态参数和环境参数通过5G通信模组实时传输至塔吊远程控制子系统;塔吊远程控制子系统实时状态参数和环境参数,发送控制命令至主控器,通过主控器实现对塔吊进行远程控制;安全预警子系统将状态参数和环境参数分别与安全阈值进行对比,判断是否需要进行安全预警,若需要安全预警则发出预警信号。本发明解决了现有技术中工作人员操作时存在盲区、容易被环境等因素影响等问题,有效提高了数据传输的时效性,提高塔吊远程控制的安全性。
