The invention discloses a remote tower crane intelligent control system. The remote tower crane intelligent control system comprises wireless remote control terminal equipment, a camera, central control equipment and wireless communication equipment. The central control equipment comprises a PLC, a position sensor and an encoder. The signal output end of the PLC is connected with the signal inputends of running mechanisms on a tower crane. The wireless communication equipment comprises a wireless AP. The camera is connected with the wireless remote control terminal equipment through the wireless communication equipment. The PLC transmits the running state, detection information and fault information to the wireless remote control terminal equipment through the wireless AP in real time. Incase of a fault, the wireless remote control terminal equipment can give an alarm and display fault information on the wireless remote control terminal equipment. The camera transmits the working environment to the wireless remote control terminal equipment through the wireless AP in real time and displays the working environment. The remote tower crane intelligent control system has the characteristics of real-time control, fast and convenient operation, risk reduction, low working intensity and high safety and can be widely applied to tower crane equipment.

本发明公开了一种远程塔机智能控制系统，包括无线遥控终端设备、摄像头、中央控制设备和无线通讯设备，中央控制设备包括PLC、位置传感器和编码器，PLC的信号输出端与塔机上各运行机构的信号输入端相连，无线通讯设备包括无线AP，摄像头通过无线通讯设备与无线遥控终端设备相连；PLC将运行状态、检测信息及故障信息通过无线AP实时发送给无线遥控终端设备，故障时无线遥控终端设备会发出报警，并将故障信息显示在无线遥控终端设备上，摄像头通过无线AP将工作环境实时发送给无线遥控终端设备并显示。本发明具有实时掌控、操作便捷、降低危险、工作强度低、安全性高的特点，可以广泛应用于塔式起重设备上。
