Abstract

The invention discloses a hoisting and transporting mechanism and a cargo transporting method. The hoisting and transporting mechanism comprises a chassis, a walking mechanism is installed at the bottom of the chassis, a portal frame and a sliding rail are installed on the upper end face, and the portal frame can do reciprocating motion along the sliding rail; and the portal frame is provided with a double-row lifting fork mechanism which is used for forking and transporting goods and can ascend and descend, and the double-row lifting fork mechanism can rotate with the top of the portal frame as the axis. Through the portal frame, the double-row lifting fork mechanism and the walking mechanism, the overall space position adjustment during cargo transportation and the angle adjustment during cargo transportation are achieved, all-directional cargo carrying is achieved, and grabbing is accurate and flexible.

本发明公开了一种起重提升运输机构及货物运输方法，该起重提升运输机构包括底盘，底盘的底部安装有行走机构，上端面安装有龙门架和滑轨，龙门架能够沿滑轨做往复运动；龙门架上安装有用于叉运货物的能够升降的双排升降叉机构，且双排升降叉机构能够以龙门架顶部为轴转动。通过龙门架、双排升降叉机构以及行走机构，实现对货物运输时整体调整空间位置，以及货物运输时的角度调整，实现全方位的货物搬运，抓取准确、灵活。
