The invention discloses an early warning method for monitoring an escalator. The early warning method for monitoring the escalator comprises the steps of acquiring a gear box key phase signal; presetting a safety braking distance range of the escalator; and calculating the braking distance of the elevator after operation is stopped according to the gear box key phase signal, comparing the braking distance with the safety braking distance range, and judging whether the elevator is abnormal or not. According to the early warning method for monitoring the escalator provided by the invention, whether the escalator is abnormal or not is judged by calculating the braking distance of the escalator, so that intelligent early warning of the escalator is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于监测自动扶梯的预警方法,包括:获取齿轮箱键相信号;预设电梯的安全刹车距离范围;根据所述齿轮箱键相信号计算停止运行后电梯的刹车距离,将所述刹车距离与所述安全刹车距离范围做对比,判断所述电梯是否存在异常。本发明提供的一种用于监测自动扶梯的预警方法,通过计算电梯的刹车距离,判断自动电梯是否存在异常,从而实现电梯的智能预警。
