Abstract

The invention discloses an ultra-large floating body module single-degree-of-freedom shaft pin type connector capable of dynamically adjusting a load. The ultra-large floating body module single-degree-of-freedom shaft pin type connector comprises a first bearing and a second bearing; a pin shaft penetrates through the second bearing; the pin shaft comprises a columnar part and a circular truncated cone part which are connected with each other; the columnar part penetrates through the first bearing, and the circular truncated cone part penetrates through the second bearing; an inner cavity of the second bearing is in a circular truncated cone shape; a first gap is formed between the first bearing and the second bearing; a second gap is formed between the circular truncated cone part and the inner wall of the second bearing; the tail part of the circular truncated cone part is connected with a telescopic mechanism; and the connector further comprises pin shaft force measuring equipment. According to the invention, the gap between the pin shaft and the second bearing can be dynamically adjusted, overlarge load of a local connector is avoided, and plastic deformation damage caused by overlarge bearing acting force of the shaft pin is avoided.

本发明公开了一种可动态调载的超大型浮体模块单自由度轴销式连接器，其包括第一轴承和第二轴承；第二轴承上穿设有销轴；销轴包括相互连接的柱状部和圆台部；柱状部穿设于第一轴承，圆台部穿设于第二轴承；第二轴承的内腔为圆台状；第一轴承和第二轴承之间具有第一间隙；圆台部和第二轴承的内壁之间具有第二间隙；圆台部的尾部连接有伸缩机构；其还包括销轴测力设备。本发明可以动态调整销轴和第二轴承之间的间隙，避免了局部连接器载荷过大，避免轴销承载作用力过大而产生塑性变形损坏。
