The invention discloses an energy-saving hoist, aims at providing a hoist which does not need large matched power and can save the trouble of clutches and manual closing. The technical scheme is characterized in that according to the principle that energy can be saved by using small power to drive a large hoist, a single wire (rope) winding roller in the prior art is changed into two rollers, during initial starting, the diameter of the winding position of the driving roller is reduced, the diameter of the winding position of the driven roller is increased, the size of the winding position of the driven roller is more than twice that of the winding position of the driving roller, the diameter of the winding position of the driven roller is decreased from large to small, specifically, the process requirement is as the criterion, although the object lifting speed is correspondingly decreased, this will not be mattered because the lifting time is not long and only several seconds; and after normal operation, the diameters of the winding positions of the driven roller and the driving roller are the same or not much, but the situation that the diameters of the winding positions of the driven roller and the driving roller are different is not excluded, that is, the driving roller can be selected to be smaller than the driven roller if power is too small and the speed is required to be decreased, and otherwise, the condition is reversed.

    本发明公开了一种节能提升机,旨在针对提升机提供一种既无须配套较大的动力,又可省去离合器和人力合闸的麻烦,其技术方案的要点是:依据小带大可省力这一原理,将现有技术中的单个绕线(绳)辊筒改为双个,初始启动时主动辊绕线处直径减小,从动辊绕线处直径加大,其大小尺寸后者是前者的两倍以上,并且其从动辊绕线处直径由大到小,具体以符合工艺要求为准,尽管提升物体其速度相应放慢,但因时间不长,仅为几秒钟,因此不会成为问题。正常运转后从动辊筒和主动辊筒绕线处直径彼此一样或相差不多,但并不排除一大一小,即动力太小和要求速度放慢可以选择主动辊筒小于从动辊筒,否则则为反过来的状况。
