The embodiment of the invention discloses a post-station automatic turn-back control method based on a C2+ATO train control system. The post-station automatic turn-back control method comprises the steps of issuing an automatic turn-back plan to vehicle-mounted equipment of a turn-back train; acquiring an unmanned turn-back form report of the vehicle-mounted equipment and platform turn-back buttonpressing information; after platform door closing state information is obtained, sending an unmanned turn-back allowing instruction to the turn-back train; obtaining a first parking report used for representing that the turn-back train is stably parked at a preset position of a turn-back line; sending an end change permission instruction to the turn-back train, and issuing an access establishmentpermission instruction; and acquiring initialization information of train-ground equipment after end changing, and sending a turn-back operation instruction to the turn-back train after an access establishment completion report is acquired. The embodiment of the invention further discloses a post-station automatic turn-back control system based on the C2+ATO train control system.
