The invention discloses an engineering vehicle fatigue driving intervention system. The system comprises a data acquisition module, an ECU data processing module, an ECU control module, a power supplymodule, an alarm module, an automatic early warning device, a vibration intervention motor and an automatic brake module. According to the method, the influence of individual differences of drivers on fatigue driving detection and recognition can be well eliminated, the precision is high, and the accuracy is good. Besides, according to different fatigue driving degrees, the automatic early warning device and the vibration intervention motor can perform different levels of voice reminding and vibration intervention respectively, and reminding and intervention are stopped after the fatigue driving state is relieved; when a fatigue driver stays for a long time at the same steering angle, the automatic brake module can be directly started, and therefore potential safety hazards caused by fatigue driving are reduced.
本发明公开了一种工程车辆疲劳驾驶干预系统,包括数据采集模块、ECU数据处理模块、ECU控制模块、电源模块、报警模块、自动预警器、振动干预电机、自动刹车模块。发明能够较好的消除驾驶人个体差异性对疲劳驾驶检测和识别的影响,精确度较高、准确性较好。另外,根据疲劳驾驶程度的不同,自动预警器和振动干预电机会分别进行不同级别的语音提醒和振动干预,当疲劳驾驶状态解除后停止提醒和干预;当疲劳驾驶人在同一转向角度停留时间过长时,会直接启动自动刹车模块,从而降低疲劳驾驶带来的安全隐患。
