The invention relates to a device for assisting hoisting equipment to turn over a prefabricated stand column and a method. The device comprises bases, a sleeve adjusting valve and a rotating system, wherein the two bases are connected through the sleeve adjusting valve; the distance between the two bases is controlled through the sleeve adjusting valve to ensure that the prefabricated stand columncan be placed into the inner side of a turnover device; the rotating system is of a socket clamping groove type structure and is embedded into the bases; the hinge base and the prefabricated stand column are connected through a pin rod; and calipers are arranged on the outer side of the hinge base to protect the pin rod from falling off in the rotating process. According to the method, the prefabricated stand column is transported to a designated position after being demolded, the clear width of the base is adjusted to be slightly larger than the size of the stand column in advance, the bottom of the stand column is placed at the turnover device, and a pin shaft penetrates through the hinge base to be inserted into a grouting opening and is fixed through the calipers to be prevented fromfalling off. The top of the stand column is placed on square timber. A stand column turnover lifting point is arranged at the top; a steel strand lifting point is adopted; and the hoisting equipment lifts the prefabricated stand column through the single end of the stand column top lifting point, and thus, the overturning work is completed.
本发明涉及一种用于辅助起重设备将预制立柱翻身的装置及方法，该装置包括底座、套管调节阀、转动系统，两个底座通过套管调节阀连接，通过套管调节阀控制两个底座的间距，保证预制立柱能够放入翻身装置内侧；所述转动系统采用承插卡槽式结构，嵌入底座中，并通过销棒连接绞座和预制立柱，并在绞座外侧设置卡钳，保护销棒在转动过程中避免脱落。该方法采用预制立柱拆模后，运输至指定位置，提前将底座净宽调整至略大于立柱尺寸，立柱底部搁置在翻身装置处，采用销轴穿过绞座插入灌浆口内，并用卡钳固定销轴，防止销轴脱落。立柱顶部搁置在方木上。立柱翻身吊点设置在顶部，采用钢绞线吊点，起重设备利用立柱顶部吊点单端提升预制立柱，完成翻身工作。
