Abstract

The invention discloses a large-scale motor rotor shaft turning-over and hoisting tool which comprises a clamping ring mounted on the neck portion of a rotor shaft and a turning-over boot mounted on the grounding side of the bottom end of the rotor shaft, wherein the neck portion of the rotor shaft is provided with a first flange, the bottom end of the rotor shaft is provided with a second flange,lifting lugs are symmetrically arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the clamping ring, and the top surface of the clamping ring is connected to the first flange; the turning-over boot comprises a plane part connected to the bottom surface of the bottom surface of the second flange, a bent part wrapping the outer arc face of the second flange is arranged at the bottom end of the planepart, a right-angle transition area attached to the corner of the second flange is arranged at the inner bent position between the bent part and the plane part, and a fillet transition area protrudingoutwards is arranged at the outer bent position between the bent part and the plane part. The large-scale motor rotor shaft turning-over and hoisting tool has the characteristics of being easy to turn over, high in hoisting efficiency and not prone to damage the rotor shaft.

本发明公开了大型电机转子轴翻身起吊工具，包括安装在转子轴颈部的卡环以及安装在转子轴底端接地侧的翻身靴，转子轴颈部设有第一法兰，转子轴底端设有第二法兰，卡环的外周面上对称设有吊耳，卡环的顶面与第一法兰连接；所述翻身靴包括与第二法兰的底面的底面连接的平面部，平面部的底端设有包覆在第二法兰外弧面的弯折部，弯折部与平面部之间的内弯处为与第二法兰转角贴合的直角过度区，弯折部与平面部之间的外弯处为向外突出的圆角过度区。本发明具有翻转容易，吊装效率高、不易损坏转子轴的特点。
