The invention discloses an MPV lower vehicle body structure which comprises a floor assembly and a vehicle frame assembly arranged below the floor assembly. The frame assembly comprises two front longitudinal beams, two doorsill beams, and two rear longitudinal beams which are longitudinally set in order front front to back and also comprises a front anti-collision beam, a front coaming cross beam, a front floor cross beam, a spare wheel cabin cross beam, a first rear floor cross beam, a second rear floor cross beam, a third rear floor cross beam, a fourth rear floor cross beam, a seat pit cross beam and a back anti-collision beam which are horizontally set in order from front to back, wherein the floor assembly is provided with a spare tire cabin body used for placing a spare tire at a corresponding position between the front floor cross beam and the first rear floor cross beam. The MPV lower vehicle body structure is simple in structure, the space inside a vehicle and the space of atrunk are increased, the use scene of the vehicle is expanded, the riding comfort of the vehicle is improved, the protection of spare tires is facilitated, and the safety performance and the NVH performance are excellent.
