The invention relates to a tire mold, an internal hollow tire and a tire manufacturing technology. In the tire manufacturing process, firstly, a second mold body is pressed onto a first mold body, sothat an injection mold cavity is formed among the second mold body, the first mold body and a mold core; and then a raw material is poured into an injection hole, and gas in an injection mold cavity is exhausted by utilizing an exhaust hole, so that the raw material is pressed into the injection mold cavity. Due to the fact that protrusions arranged towards the interior of the injection mold cavity are arranged on the mold core, an internal hollow structure can be correspondingly formed on the inner side of a tire product formed in the injection mold cavity. After material pouring, the secondmold body and the first mold body are separated for mold opening operation, at the moment, the mold core loses the abutting force of the second mold body, and under the elastic force of an elastic piece, the tire product is driven to be ejected out of the first mold body together; and finally, the tire product is stripped outwards from the mold core so that the tire product can be completely and quickly demolded. The mold core in a movable state is arranged in the tire mold, so that quick demolding of the inner hollow tire is realized.

    本发明涉及一种轮胎模具、内镂空轮胎及轮胎制作工艺,在轮胎制作过程中,首先将第二模体压合在第一模体上,使得第二模体、第一模体及模芯之间形成有注射模腔;接着将原料注入注射孔中,利用排气孔排出注射模腔内的气体,使得原料压入注射模腔内。由于模芯上设有朝注射模腔内设置的凸起,因此,注射模腔内形成的轮胎制品的内侧会相应形成内镂空结构。注料后,将第二模体与第一模体分离进行开模操作,此时,模芯失去第二模体的抵触力,在弹性件的弹力下,带动轮胎制品一起弹出第一模体外;最后,将轮胎制品从模芯上往外剥离,以便轮胎制品能够完整、快速进行脱模。本申请的轮胎模具内置活动状态的模芯,实现内镂空轮胎快速脱模。
