本发明公开了一种轨道车辆及转向架，本发明中将构架配置成箱体是H结构、两轴箱均位于相应侧纵梁主体的内侧，这样可以降低构架横向间距尺寸，实践证明轴箱内置于侧梁内部可以实现体积减少约10％，重量减轻约10％‑15％，进而降低空气阻力，节能减排；纵梁主体位于车轮内侧，两纵梁主体跨距减小，构架扭转刚度降低，有利于提高曲线通过能力。另外，通过弹性吊挂方式安装，于构架形成振动解耦，有利于实现大簧间重量解耦，提高临界速度。
