Abstract

The invention discloses a bogie separating and vehicle body moving device for a straddled-type monorail vehicle. The bogie separating and vehicle body moving device comprises a support platform arranged between two fixed rail beams, wherein the support platform comprises bogie lifting platforms and vehicle lifting platforms; each bogie lifting platform comprises a first platform base, a first driving device, lifting rail beams and a first lifting driving mechanism; each first platform base is installed on a first platform guide rail in a sliding manner; each first driving device is connected with one first platform base; each vehicle lifting platform comprises a second platform base, a second driving device, vehicle lifting support columns, a power mechanism, a second lifting driving mechanism and vehicle lifting blocks; each second platform base is installed on one second platform guide rail in a sliding manner; each second driving device is connected with one second platform base; and each power mechanism is used for driving two vehicle lifting support columns to be away from or close to each other. High-efficiency bogie separation operation is achieved in the mode that the bogielifting platforms lift a vehicle body and the bogie lifting platforms move the bogie to move out of a separation station.

本发明公开了一种跨座式单轨车辆转向架分离与车体移动装置，包括设置在两根固定轨道梁之间的支撑平台，支撑平台包括转向架升降平台和架车平台，转向架升降平台包括第一平台底座、第一驱动装置、升降轨道梁和第一升降驱动机构，第一平台底座滑动安装在第一平台导轨上，第一驱动装置连接所述第一平台底座；架车平台包括第二平台底座、第二驱动装置、架车支柱、动力机构、第二升降驱动机构和架车块，第二平台底座滑动安装在第二平台导轨上，第二驱动装置连接所述第二平台底座，动力机构用于驱动两根所述架车支柱相互远离或相互靠近。本发明以架车平台托举车体和转向架升降平台移动转向架移出分离工位的方式实现了高效率的转向架分离作业。
