The invention discloses a watermelon picking robot. The robot comprises a walking trolley, an ultrasonic sensor, a sensor mounting base, a battery box, a storage battery, a watermelon putting box, a pull rod, canvas, a lead screw mounting base, a vertical plate, a lifting device, a manipulator mounting base, a manipulator, a shearing device, a lead screw fixing base and a top plate. The ultrasonicsensor is installed on a robot vehicle body so that the ripeness degree of watermelons can be detected, then signals are transmitted to workers, the workers send out instructions, the shearing deviceinstalled on the manipulator can shear vines of the watermelons, the manipulator clamps the picked watermelons, the whole manipulator can be lifted through the lifting device, so that the watermelonsclamped by the manipulator can be smoothly thrown onto the canvas, the canvas can prevent the watermelons from being impacted, the watermelons can roll into the watermelon throwing box along the canvas, one-time picking is completed, and then the lifting device descends to conduct next-time picking.

    本发明公开一种西瓜采摘机器人,包括走行小车、超声波传感器、传感器安装座、电池箱、蓄电池、西瓜投放箱、拉杆、帆布、丝杠安装座、立板、升降装置、机械手安装座、机械手、剪切装置、丝杠固定座、顶板。通过在机器人车体上安装超声波传感器进而能够检测出西瓜的生熟程度,再将信号传递给工作人员,由工作人员发出指令,安装在机械手上的剪切装置会将西瓜的藤蔓剪断,再由机械手夹持已经摘掉的西瓜,通过升降装置可以将整个机械手进行升起,从而使得机械手夹持的西瓜能够顺利的投放到帆布上,帆布能够避免西瓜受到冲击,西瓜会顺着帆布滚到西瓜投放箱内,完成一次采摘,然后升降装置降落进行下一次采摘。
