The invention discloses a feeding device for a non-woven fabric production line and a using method thereof. The feeding device comprises a frame body composed of two sets of portal frames connected through a cross beam, a feeding plate capable of moving up and down is arranged between the two sets of portal frames, and a lifting mechanism for driving the feeding plate to move is fixedly installedin the middle of the portal frames; and material pulling mechanisms used for pulling raw materials to the position above the feeding plate are further installed on the two sides of the upper end of the feeding plate correspondingly. By means of the feeding device of the invention, heavy non-woven fabric rolls can be lifted to the height of a conveying device, workers can push the non-woven fabricrolls to the conveying device to be machined conveniently, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于无纺布生产线的上料装置及其使用方法，包括由横梁连接两组门架所构成的架体，在两组所述门架之间设置有能够上下移动的上料板，在所述门架的中间固定安装有带动上料板移动的升降机构，所述上料板上端两侧还分别安装有用于将原材料拉至上料板上方的拉料机构。该上料装置可将较重的无纺布卷提升至传输装置的高度，便于工作人员将无纺布卷推动至传输装置上进行加工，减少人员的劳动强度。
