The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal protection structure design, and particularly relates to a heat insulation and bearing integrated structure which comprises two bearing plates oppsotively arranged, a bearing framework arranged between the two bearing plates and connected with the two bearing plates, and a heat insulation fiber material loaded between the two bearing plates and distributed in a gap of the bearing framework. In addition, the invention relates to a heat insulation fiber material filling structure of the heat insulation and bearing integrated structure and amethod thereof, which are used for realizing filling of the heat insulation fiber material in the heat insulation and bearing integrated structure.
