The invention provides an air bag type intermediate supporting device for a transmission shaft of a commercial vehicle, an assembling method and a using method. The air bag type intermediate supporting device comprises a rim type bearing seat. The rim type bearing seat is provided with an inner ring and an outer ring which are connected with each other; a bearing is pressed on the periphery of theinner ring; a clamping groove is formed between the outer edge of the inner ring and the outer ring; an elastic check ring is installed in the clamping groove and used for axially fixing the bearing;an annular air bag is arranged outside the outer ring; the inner side face of the annular air bag abuts against the outer ring face, and the outer side face of the annular air bag is connected with an annular combined support; and the annular combined bracket is connected with the frame. The radial rigidity of the supporting assembly is adjusted by adjusting the air pressure of the air bag, so the inherent frequency of the supporting assembly is adjusted, the resonance frequency is avoided or disturbed, and the driving comfort of the whole vehicle is improved. Meanwhile, the problem of heat dissipation of vulcanized rubber supporting is effectively solved, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged. The device is simple in structure, simple and convenient in assembly process and reliable in performance.

    本发明提供一种商用车传动轴用气囊式中间支承装置、装配方法及使用方法,包括:轮辋式轴承座;轮辋式轴承座设有相互连接的内圈和外环;内圈的外周压装有轴承;内圈外沿与外环之间设有卡槽;卡槽内安装有弹性挡圈,弹性挡圈用以轴向固定轴承;外环外部装有环状气囊;环状气囊的内侧面与外环面相抵接,环状气囊的外侧面连接有环状组合支架;环状组合支架与车架连接。通过调节气囊气压调整支承总成的径向刚度,从而调整支承总成的固有频率,躲避或扰乱共振频率,提高整车行驶舒适性。同时本装置有效解决硫化橡胶支承的散热问题,提高轴承的使用寿命。装置结构简单,装配工艺简洁方便,性能可靠。
