Aftercomparison is completed, data processing is conducted on the inventory database, the logistics information management database, the order database and the member database, and the processes of commodity delivery and logistics packaging and delivery are completed in a one-key mode. 本发明公开了一种基于RFID芯片识别的智能发货系统及管理方法，包括带有RFID芯片的防水标签、智能推车、智能货架、射频读写器、BI可视化数据中心，通过拣货的流程，把需要发货的产品放置于智能推车上，推车上的读写器实时扫描出产品信息发送到物流打包发货区域的屏幕上。拣货完成把推车推到物流打包发货处，该区域的读写器再次扫描推车上的产品信息，跟之前的拣货信息进行比对。比对完成，跟库存数据库、物流信息管理数据库、订单数据库、会员数据库进行数据处理，一键完成商品出库、物流打包发货的流程。本发明的有益效果：通过本套发货系统，可对一笔订单进行全流程的便捷出库、发货操作，同时跟内部的ERP系统的多个数据库进行数据交互，提高多个部门的工作质量及工作效率。
