Abstract

The invention relates to a battery swap station and a battery swap system. The battery swap station comprises a first battery swap box, a second battery swap box, a third battery swap box and a fourthbattery swap box, wherein the first battery swap box, the second battery swap box, the third battery swap box and the fourth battery swap box are arranged in parallel, and the first battery swap boxand the fourth battery swap box are arranged in the width direction of the third battery swap box; a cooling mechanism is arranged in the first battery swap box and is used for cooling a battery packreplaced by a vehicle; the second battery swap box is arranged between the first battery swap box and the third battery swap box, a first driving mechanism is arranged in the second battery swap box,and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the battery swap station to replace a battery pack of the vehicle; a battery replacing mechanism is arranged in the third battery swap box and is used for replacing the battery pack of the vehicle; and a maintenance mechanism is arranged in the fourth battery swap box and is used for maintaining the battery swap station. According to the invention, the overall planning and layout can be realized, the equipment arrangement in each battery swap box is highly integrated, and the universality and the assembly efficiency of the battery swap station are improved.

本发明涉及一种换电站及换电系统，所述换电站包括：第一换电箱、第二换电箱、第三换电箱和第四换电箱；第一换电箱、第二换电箱、第三换电箱和第四换电箱相互平行设置，其中，第一换电箱和第四换电箱沿第三换电箱宽度方向设置；第一换电箱内设有冷却机构，冷却机构用于冷却车辆更换的电池包；第二换电箱设置第一换电箱和第三换电箱之间，第二换电箱内设有第一驱动机构，第一驱动机构用于驱动换电站对车辆的电池包进行换电；第三换电箱内设有换电机构，换电机构用于更换车辆的电池包；第四换电箱内设有维修机构，维修机构用于维修换电站；本发明能够整体规划布局，对每个换电箱内设备布置高度集成，提高换电站的共用性更高和组装效率。
