The invention discloses a flexible rope force control servo winding drum which comprises a bottom plate. A first supporting seat and a second supporting seat are fixedly connected to the bottom plate.A winding drum body is rotationally connected to the first supporting seat and the second supporting seat. A flexible rope is wound on the winding drum body. A rope outlet is arranged on the first supporting seat and is guided out through the rope outlet. The winding drum body is in transmission connection with a servo motor. A movable rope guide assembly is arranged beside the winding drum body,the movable rope guide assembly and the winding drum body move synchronously, and the movable rope guide assembly is used for controlling the rope discharging angle of the flexible rope to be unchanged. According to the flexible rope force control servo winding drum, the control precision of the rope discharging length is improved.
