The invention relates to river basin water ecological restoration integrated treatment system and method. The treatment system comprises a floating island, a storage bin which is arranged in the storage bin and is communicated with the side surface of the floating island, a first air supply part that is used for providing air; a first traction device which is arranged in the storage bin, a secondair supply part which is used for supplying air and/or ozone to the storage bin, a connecting rope of which the two ends are connected with the first air supply part and the second air supply part respectively, a floating ball that is arranged on the second air supply part, and an air supply part which is used for supplying air to the first air supply part and the second air supply part. The treatment method comprises the following steps that a floating type operation platform is built on the water surface; feeding a gas supply device into the water body; air is fed into the part, close to theriver bottom, of the water body; and feeding air and/or ozone into the middle part of the water body or alternately feeding air and ozone into the middle part of the water body. The riverway is treated in an oxygen injection mode, and overall recovery of the riverway is facilitated.
