A position-adjustable rope guide tensioning mechanism comprises a three-dimensional guide groove block, a special-shaped tensioning wheel mechanism, a sliding base plate and a guide rail module. The three-dimensional guide groove block is fixedly arranged on the sliding base plate, and the special-shaped tensioning wheel mechanism is slidably arranged on the sliding base plate. The sliding base plate is slidably arranged on the guide rail module. The special-shaped tensioning wheel mechanism comprises a sliding shaft and a special-shaped tensioning wheel, and the special-shaped tensioning wheel is arranged on the sliding shaft. After the special-shaped tensioning wheel mechanism is assembled, the special-shaped tensioning wheel can rotate around the sliding shaft. The position-adjustable rope guide tensioning mechanism has the beneficial effects that the mechanism can be matched with traction wheels with different radii or can be matched with variable-diameter traction wheels for use;movement interference between a rope and the traction wheels can be avoided; and the rope can be promoted to be separated from grooves of the traction wheels; the size is small, the wrap angle of therope and the traction wheels is increased, and the load capacity and the reliability are improved.

一种位置可调的绳索导向张紧机构，包括立体导向槽块、异形张紧轮机构、滑动基板和导轨模块。立体导向槽块固定设于滑动基板上，异形张紧轮机构可滑动的设于滑动基板上。滑动基板可滑动的设于导轨模块上。异形张紧轮机构包括滑动轴和异形张紧轮，异形张紧轮设于滑动轴上。异形张紧轮机构装配后，异形张紧轮可绕滑动轴转动。本发明的有益效果为：可以与不同半径的牵引轮配合使用或与可变径牵引轮配合使用；能够避免绳索与牵引轮发生运动干涉；能够促进绳索脱离牵引轮凹槽；体积小，增加了绳索与牵引轮的包角，提高了负载能力与可靠性。
