The invention discloses a high-load maintenance-free farm machinery hub unit which comprises a flange outer ring, a bearing, a connecting shaft, a snap spring and sealing systems. The bearing is disposed in an inner hole of the flange outer ring. A threaded end of the connecting shaft penetrates out of the inner hole of the bearing, and a step end of the connecting shaft is matched with and disposed in the inner hole of the bearing. The snap spring is disposed in a snap spring groove of a flange side of the flange outer ring and fits the end face of the bearing. The sealing systems are disposed at the two ends of the bearing. The high-load maintenance-free farm machinery hub unit is easy to install and maintain; and by designing the snap spring, the integrated double-line tapered roller bearing and the multi-layer protection sealing systems, the hub unit is compact in assembling and much higher in bearing capacity and can effectively prevent invasion of sand, mud, rain and the like, thereby prolonging the service life of itself.

本发明公开了一种高载荷免维护农机轮毂单元，包括法兰外圈、轴承、连接轴、卡簧和密封系统；所述轴承安装在所述法兰外圈的内孔中，所述连接轴以螺纹端穿出所述轴承的内孔，以其台阶端与所述轴承的内孔配合安装；所述卡簧安装在所述法兰外圈的法兰侧的卡簧槽内，并与所述轴承的端面贴紧；所述密封系统安装在所述轴承的两端。本发明易于安装和维护保养；通过卡簧、一体化双列圆锥滚子轴承和多层防护的密封系统的设计，使得轮毂单元装配紧凑、承载能力大大提高，并能够有效阻止砂石、泥浆、雨水等的入侵，提高了轮毂单元的使用寿命。
