The invention provides a method and a device for evaluating and predicting time precision required for vehicles to pass through a signal lamp intersection. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving information, target position information and signal lamp information of each vehicle on a current road section; judging whether a second vehicle and a signal lamp exist in front of thefirst vehicle; when the second vehicle exists in front of the first vehicle and the signal lamp exists, judging whether the speed of the second vehicle is zero or not; if not, judging the state of asignal lamp in front of the second vehicle; when the vehicle is in the forbidden state, calculating first time when the first vehicle arrives at the target position; acquiring second time when the first vehicle actually arrives at the target position; and according to the first time and the second time, calculating and predicting the target position reaching time precision of the first vehicle. According to the invention, the method can accurately evaluate the prediction condition of the passing time of the vehicle, achieves the control of the signal lamp based on the evaluation result, and can effectively alleviate the passing pressure of a signal lamp control intersection.

    本发明提供的一种评价预测车辆通过信号灯路口所需时间精度的方法及装置,包括:获取当前路段上各车辆的行驶信息、目标位置信息以及信号灯信息;判断第一车辆前方是否存在第二车辆以及信号灯;当第一车辆前方存在第二车辆,且存在信号灯时,判断第二车辆的速度是否为零;当不为零时,判断第二车辆前的信号灯的状态;当为禁行状态时,计算第一车辆到达目标位置的第一时间;获取第一车辆实际到达目标位置的第二时间;根据第一时间以及第二时间,计算预测第一车辆达到目标位置时间精度。通过实施本发明,可以精准评价对车辆的通行时间的预测情况,基于该评价结果进行信号灯的控制,能够有效缓解信号灯控制路口的通行压力。
