Abstract

The invention discloses a runner plate overturning tool which comprises a crane mechanism. The crane mechanism comprises two supporting frames, a cross beam arranged between the two supporting frames,a tractor arranged on the cross beam and a traction rope arranged on the tractor, the tractor can slide on a rail on the cross beam, and the tractor can control the traction rope to stretch out and draw back; a rotating ring assembly comprises a connecting block arranged on a runner plate, a base for bearing the runner plate and a rotating block arranged on the base, and the rotating block is hinged to the connecting block so that the runner plate can turn over around the rotating block; and a buffering assembly comprises a buffering table and an elastic piece arranged at the bottom of the buffering table, so that a role in buffering the overturned runner plate is played. By means of the structural design, the problem that the runner plate is prone to shaking when turned over can be effectively solved.

本发明公开了一种镜板翻转工具，包括吊车机构，吊车机构包括两个支撑架、设置在两个支撑架间的横梁、设置在横梁上的牵引车，以及设在牵引车上的牵引绳,其中牵引车可以在横梁上的轨道上滑动，牵引车可以控制牵引绳的收缩；其中转环组件包括设于镜板上的连接块、承载镜板的基座、设在基座上的转动块，所述转动块与连接块铰合，能够使镜板绕着转动块翻转；其中缓冲组件包括缓冲台、设于缓冲台底部的弹性件，可以对翻转后的镜板起缓冲作用；本发明结构的设计，可以有效解决镜板翻转时容易晃动的问题。
