The invention discloses a flight takeoff time management method and system and belongs to the technical field of aviation informatization management. The method comprises the steps that: an obtainingunit obtains flow control elements of a target day and priorities and planned takeoff moments of all flights which take off on the target day; a sequencing unit determines the planned sequencing queueof all the flights according to the planned takeoff moments and sequences the flights with the same planned takeoff moments in the planned sequencing queue according to the priorities to obtain a sequencing queue; a processing unit determines the flight release intervals of the target day according to the flow control elements, and determines the takeoff moment of each flight according to the flight release intervals and the sequencing queue; a communication unit sends the takeoff moment of each flight to an airport scheduling system; and the airport scheduling system releases aircrafts according to the takeoff moment of each flight on the target day. The takeoff time of the flights can be reasonably determined so that a reliable basis for managing flight takeoff can be provided for the airport scheduling system.
本发明公开了航班起飞时刻管理方法及系统,涉及航空信息化管理技术领域。该方法包括:获取单元获取目标日的流量管制要素,以及在目标日起飞的全部航班的优先级和计划起飞时刻;排序单元根据计划起飞时刻确定全部航班的计划排序队列,并根据优先级对计划排序队列中计划起飞时刻相同的航班进行排序,得到排序队列;处理单元根据流量管制要素确定目标日的放飞间隔,根据放飞间隔和排序队列确定每个航班的起飞时刻;通信单元将每个航班的起飞时刻发送至机场调度系统;机场调度系统在目标日根据每个航班的起飞时刻对飞机进行放行。本发明能够合理地确定航班的起飞时刻,从而为机场调度系统提供管理航班起飞的可靠依据。
