Abstract

The invention discloses a movable straddle type monorail electric induction type train body supporting device which comprises a moving device, a main rack, a jacking device and a supporting seat; themoving device comprises a moving base and a plurality of trundles; the main rack is installed on the moving base; the jacking device comprises a mounting base, an electric push rod and a push rod connecting seat, the mounting base is mounted on the main rack, the electric push rod comprises a motor and a push rod driven by the motor to move up and down, the motor is mounted on the mounting base, and the push rod is connected with the push rod connecting seat; the supporting seat is installed on the push rod connecting seat and used for supporting the train body and driving the train body to ascend and descend. Aiming at the process characteristics of tire replacement and bogie maintenance of a straddle type monorail train, in combination with the actual application environment, the train body can be jacked up through the electric push rod after the straddle type monorail train is quickly moved to a train lifting point, so that tire replacement and bogie maintenance are facilitated, theworking efficiency is improved, and the production risk is reduced.

本发明公开了一种可移动跨座式单轨电动感应式车体支撑装置，包括移动装置、主机架、顶升装置和支撑座，移动装置包括移动底座及多个脚轮；主机架安装在所述移动底座上；顶升装置包括安装基座、电动推杆和推杆连接座，安装基座安装在所述主机架上，电动推杆包括电动机和由电动机驱动进行上下移动的推杆，电动机安装在安装基座上，推杆连接所述推杆连接座；支撑座安装在所述推杆连接座上，以用于支承车体并带动车体升降。本发明针对跨座式单轨列车轮胎更换与转向架检修的工艺特点，结合实际应用环境，可快速移动到架车点位置后再通过电动推杆来顶升车体，从而便于轮胎的更换和转向架的检修，提高了工作效率，降低了生产风险。
