The present invention discloses an intelligent control based pesticide spraying machine and spraying method. The machine comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle mounting shell, a pesticide barrel, a micro pump and a micro motor, wherein the outer side of the top end of the unmanned aerial vehicle mounting shell is provided with rotor wings; the pesticide barrel is mounted above a transverse plate; the front end of the pesticide barrel is in welded connection with a feeding pipe; the bottom end of the pesticide barrel is connected with a connecting pipe; the micro pump is located on the inner sideof the micro pump; the output end of the micro pump is connected with an L-shaped pipe; the bottom end of the L-shaped pipe is connected with a movable pipe; the micro motor is mounted in the transverse plate; the output end of the micro motor is connected with a first gear; the left side of the first gear is connected with a second gear; the upper surface of the tail end of the movable pipe is fixedly provided with a supporting rod; and the bottom end of the movable pipe is connected with a sprayer. The intelligent control based pesticide spraying machine can comprehensively clean the pesticide barrel, and through rotating the movable pipe, the spraying range is expanded, the efficiency is improved, and water leakage is avoided.
