The invention relates to a curved surface deflection displacement field reconstruction method, a device and equipment. The method is applied to deformation measurement of high aspect ratio wings. N measuring points are arranged on the wing surface of the wing; wherein each measuring point is provided with a pair of orthogonally distributed strain sensors, the value of N is an integer greater than1 and not a prime number, a laser displacement sensor is arranged at the position, perpendicular to the measuring point, of a net wing tool of the wing, and an LVDT displacement sensor is connected between the laser displacement sensor and the measuring point in a bridging mode. The method is used for solving the problem that the spatial displacement field of the wing cannot be settled and constructed due to the fact that the accurate spatial coordinates of the strain gauges cannot be determined by adopting a single sensor network in allusion to the flexural deflection problem generated duringflight of an aircraft wing structure with a high aspect ratio.

本申请涉及一种曲面挠变位移场重构方法、装置及设备，应用于大展弦比机翼的形变测量，所述机翼的翼面上设置N个测量点，每个测量点设置一对正交分布的应变传感器，N的取值为大于1且不为质数的整数，所述机翼的网翼工装上垂直于所述测量点的位置设置激光位移传感器，所述激光位移传感器和所述测量点之间跨接LVDT位移传感器。本申请用以解决针对飞机大展弦比机翼结构，在飞行时产生的挠曲变形问题，采用单一的传感器网络无法确定应变片的准确空间坐标，从而不能结算并构建出机翼的空间位移场的问题。
