The invention discloses a turnout control system and a turnout logic control module. According to the system, the turnout logic control module is provided with three or more input signal acquisition subunits and three or more logic control subunits, acquired input signals are transmitted to the logic control units through a plurality of transmission channels; moreover, the input signals are processed through a plurality of logic control units; and when it is determined that the control signals generated by random two logic control units in the N logic control subunits are consistent, a targetcontrol signal is output, so that a single-path fault does not influence the whole system, it can be ensured that a turnout cannot be performed mistakenly, the fault-safety principle is met, and the extremely harsh safety and reliability requirements of the turnout are met.
