The invention discloses a non-stop ore drawing system and method. The non-stop ore drawing system comprises a weight acquisition mechanism, a grating group mechanism, a vehicle-mounted platform and anore drawing control mechanism, wherein the weight acquisition mechanism is used for acquiring weight information of a carriage, the grating group mechanism is used for acquiring light shielding stateinformation, the vehicle-mounted platform is used for acquiring vehicle speed data, and the ore drawing control mechanism is used for receiving the weight information of the carriage, the light shielding state information and the vehicle speed data so as to control the ore drawing speed and the ore drawing quantity and output speed limiting data to the vehicle-mounted platform. According to the non-stop ore drawing system, high-strength labor force is omitted, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种不停车式放矿系统及方法,所述不停车式放矿系统包括重量采集机构、光栅组机构、车载平台以及放矿控制机构,所述重量采集机构用于采集车厢的重量信息,所述光栅组机构用于采集光线遮挡状态信息,车载平台用于采集车速数据,所述放矿控制机构用于接收所述车厢的重量信息、光线遮挡状态信息以及车速数据,以控制放矿速度和放矿数量,以及输出限速数据至所述车载平台。本发明的不停车式放矿系统取消了高强度的劳动力,大大降低了人力成本,提高生产效率。
