The invention provides a nonlinear force loading test device for an airplane deceleration plate. The nonlinear force loading test device mainly comprises a deceleration plate (1), a deceleration plateactuating cylinder (2), a deceleration plate loading actuating cylinder (3), a large air cylinder (4), a mounting support (5), a thin air pipe (6) and a small air cylinder (7). The large air cylinder(4) and the small air cylinder (7) are connected to the deceleration plate loading actuating cylinder (3) through the thin air pipe (6); one end of the deceleration plate actuating cylinder (2) and one end of the deceleration plate loading actuating cylinder (3) are hinged to the mounting support (5) and are fixed through the mounting support (5), and the other ends are connected to the deceleration plate (1) through hinge points; one end of the deceleration plate (1) is fixed by a hinge and can rotate around a hinge fixing point; and the volume of the accommodating cavity of the decelerationplate loading actuating cylinder (3) is far smaller than those of the accommodating cavities of the large air cylinder (4) and the small air cylinder (7). The designed nonlinear force loading test device for the aircraft deceleration plate is simple in principle, simple to operate, easy to replace and low in cost, and meets the requirements of test use performance.

    本发明提供一种飞机减速板非线性力加载试验装置,主要包括减速板(1)、减速板作动筒(2)、减速板加载作动筒(3)、大气瓶(4)、安装支座(5)、细气管(6)、小气瓶(7)。大气瓶(4)和小气瓶(7)通过细气管(6)连接到减速板加载作动筒(3);减速板作动筒(2)和减速板加载作动筒(3)一端铰链到安装支座(5)上并通过安装支座(5)固定,另一端通过铰点连接到减速板(1)上;减速板(1)一端铰链固定,并可绕铰链固定点转动;减速板加载作动筒(3)的容腔体积远小于大气瓶(4)和小气瓶(7)的容腔体积。所设计的飞机减速板非线性力加载试验装置,原理简单、操作简单、易于更换、成本低廉,满足试验使用性能要求。
