Elevator car accidental movement protection device and control method

An elevator car accidental movement protection device comprises an elevator car motion detection unit, an elevator car accidental movement detection unit, a control unit, a braking device and a self-locking device. The control unit is connected with the elevator car motion detection unit, the elevator car accidental movement detection unit, the braking device and the self-locking device. The elevator car motion detection unit is used for detecting the motion state of an elevator car. The elevator car accidental movement detection unit is used for detecting whether the elevator car moves accidentally or not. The braking device is used for braking the elevator car when the elevator car moves accidentally in an elevator stopping and door opening state after entering a door area or in a door closing state after receiving an operation instruction at the door area. The self-locking device is used for conducting self-locking on the braking device when the elevator car is in a high-speed running state, or in the state of being standby at the door area after an elevator door is opened, or in the state of leaving the door area. By adopting the elevator car accidental movement protection device, the probability of occurrence of false operations of the braking device is reduced, and the safety and reliability of products are improved.
